Shipping & Returns

Your order will be shipped out to you within 5 to 7 days of receipt of your order. If there are items in your order that are out of stock or sold out, we will send your order without those items. If you choose, you can specify that out of stock items remain on BACK ORDER, and we will send them to you automatically when they are back in stock.

Orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS priority mail. If you want your order shipped with?one or the other carrier, please contact us via email or by phone at (425) 821-1599.

If you would like us to rush or expedite an order, please contact us via email or by phone at (425) 821-1599 and we will provide you with the additional shipping and handling costs.

Your satisfaction with all Lee's Line furniture is guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know within 15 days of receipt of your order that there are items you would like to return or exchange. This also applies to any items received that are damaged or broken. Then simply return the items to us within 30 days of the date on the invoice, along with a copy of the original invoice and we will be more than happy to exchange the items or provide you with a credit or refund. Shipping charges for returned items will be your responsibility.

If you are returning an item for a refund and originally paid by credit card, we will issue a credit on your same card account. If you originally paid by check or money order, you will receive a refund check from Lee's Line.
